Forgotten Eden - Demo Environment

For this small demo environment I designed and implemented a full interactive audio system using FMOD Studio and Unity.

About this Project

For this project, I worked to a client brief with the task of designing and implementing audio for Forgotten Eden, an early-stage Unity prototype with no clear audio direction. The aim was to establish a strong sonic identity and show how sound can shape the atmosphere and overall player experience.

I created all the audio myself, focusing on field recordings and foley, and built a fully interactive system using FMOD Studio and Unity. This included environmental layers like forest ambiences, water movement, and creature sounds (rabbits and ravens), alongside interactive foley for player movement across different surfaces and object interactions.

Everything was designed to respond dynamically to player movement and in-game parameters, while staying clean and efficient in-engine.

This project pushed me to work through both creative and technical challenges in 3D space — balancing layered ambiences, refining spatial detail, and making sure everything felt cohesive and believable. It’s a strong example of how I approach interactive sound design, from working to a brief through to full implementation.
